All hopes and dreams rest on the helium plant coming online. Once this occurs and hopefully is successful DME can parlay the profits into various project expansions and new venues. Let us explore helium a bit more and a long term outlook.
Desert Mountain Energy Corp. (“DME” or the “Company”) has granted a total of 815,000 incentive stock options at an exercise price of $2.35 per share to its directors, officers, employees, and consultants.
The workover rig and the required associated equipment are scheduled to arrive next week upon being released from their current work. We will be conducting a cement squeeze operation on both sets of current perforations in order to isolate them. Once completed, perforation into a different zone where well logs and instrumentation indicated helium, will be performed.
The Company is pleased to announce that it has signed a Joint Operating Agreement (JOA) with Beam Earth Ltd. The JOA initially encompasses the shallow hydrogen zones found while drilling in the McCauley helium field.
“I think we’ll be in the startup by the 1st of November. We expect to be receiving the modular housing units from GENRON, sometime in the next three weeks. The solar panels are in storage, they’ve landed from overseas. The fencing is going up next week. The trenching is being done right now. The plot itself, the 10.6 acres, that’ll house the solar panels and the processing facility, that site has been prepared and leveled and gravel has been laid down on it. We’re building it right now, and we’ll probably have this whole thing built and turned on in the next six weeks.”
The Company is pleased to announce that court in Coconino County, AZ has dismissed every claim filed against the Company by the City of Flagstaff with the exception of one breach of contract claim, regarding a prior licensing agreement.
