Desert Mountain Energy Corp. is pleased to announce the purchase of 40 acres of land for drilling of developmental wells the planning to start in January 2022. The Company is pursuing ownership of acreages surrounding future well locations, believing it is in the best interests of both local landowners and the Company. Owning the land will allow the Company easy access and the ability to secure the wells while at the same time paying local landholders fair market value for the properties.
In late October 2021, Desert Mountain announced that it had completed additional work on Well #2 and has discovered helium and hydrogen in a lower portion of the previously perforated formation. The gaseous composition will permit the company to comingle production from Well #2 with gas production from Well #4 in the McCauley Field.
The Company is pleased to announce that it has selected GENERON as the main contractor for the build-out of its first Solar/Hydrogen powered Helium processing plant, located in Arizona.

We spoke with Don Mosher, President and Director of Desert Mountain Energy (TSX.V: DME, U.S. OTC: DMEHF, Frankfurt: QM01). Desert Mountain Energy is building their Holbrook Basin Helium Project, in Arizona, into a vertically integrated Helium producer, with their own solar facility, to produce their own electricity, and with plans to sell directly to end users, primarily in Arizona. They have now successfully drilled four wells, and announced the discovery of McCauley Field, with commercial grade helium, in discovery well #4. The Company is looking to move forward, through the development stage and into production and positive cash flow, by second quarter of 2022.
