Desert Mountain Energy Corp. (“DME” or the “Company”) has granted a total of 5,875,000 incentive stock options at an exercise price of $0.36 per share to its directors, officers, employees, and consultants.
The Company is pleased to announce the commencement of operations at its helium processing plant on the West Pecos Field in New Mexico. The plant is currently separating helium from the natural gas stream and transferring it to an offtake trailer.
